Natural food gel colors, 20g

Water-soluble gel food colors based on natural-origin pigments for confectionery products.

Available 7 colors - pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet.

Ingredients -  Glucose syrup, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, natural colors.

Natural colors:
Orange – annatto pigment (fruit of the achiote tree).
Red – carmine pigment (extract from Coccus Sactis insects), reacts with dairy products with more than 15% fat by changing color to brown.
Yellow – curcumin pigment (rhizome of the Curcuma longa plant).
Green – chlorophyll pigment (spinach, nettle),
Blue – spirulina pigment (blue-green algae Spirulina),
Purple – anthocyanin pigment (black carrot).
Pink – carmine pigment (extract from Coccus Sactis insects), color is bright pink, dye is economical in use.

Storage: Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
